The domain
The domain has a total area of around 270 hectares (around 650 acres), with 50 hectares of meadows around the house, and 250 hectares of woods. It is approximately 3.5 km long from east to west, with a width varying from 500 m to 1 km north to south.
The whole place is at your disposal for your walks (except at times some limited forest exploitation areas). A trail runs around the grounds, and several others go through the forest.
The property is not forbidden to visitors, and you may sometimes encounter another walker, maybe a local villager looking for mushrooms, but, mostly, you'll have the place to yourselves.
